What is neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is essentially computer-aided meditation. It is not a treatment for any medical or psychological problem, but a tool for training the brain to be flexible, resilient, efficient. What we find interesting is that when you train the brain in this way, many symptoms decrease or disappear. Within our brains, neurofeedback detects problem areas, it interrupts the misapplied effort, and invites a new way of being.
